Research Privacy Policy

Adsrello is a marketing business based in North Carolina. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our Facebook and Instagram research forms and related conversations.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number, if provided
- Responses about your business and how it attracts customers
We may also keep emails and written notes from research conversations. Please do not provide sensitive personal information or confidential information about your customers.
How we use information
We use your information to contact you, arrange research conversations, understand roofing businesses’ experiences, and develop our marketing services.
Participating in this research does not subscribe you to promotional emails. We will not use your research contact details for sales outreach without separately asking for your permission.
Storage and access
Form responses are collected through Meta’s platforms. We may download responses to private files on our devices. We use Google-hosted business email to communicate with participants.
Access is limited to the person operating Adsrello and service providers needed to collect, store, and communicate this information. Meta and Google also process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
This policy webpage is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and request information to deliver and secure the page. This page contains no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or submission forms added by Adsrello.
We do not sell research participants’ personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep information
We retain identifiable research records under our control for up to 90 days after collection, unless a longer period is required by law. This includes downloaded responses, research emails, and identifiable interview notes.
We may retain anonymized research summaries longer as an internal study guide. Before retaining those summaries, we remove names, contact details, company names, and other details that could reasonably identify participants.
Our deletion schedule applies to records under our control. Meta and Google may retain certain information or backup copies according to their own policies. Cloudflare handles website technical data according to its applicable policies.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary, and providing a phone number is optional. You may decline questions or stop participating at any time.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your identifiable research information—or to ask us to stop contacting you—email support@adsrello.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Once information has been anonymized, we may no longer be able to associate it with you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect research information and restrict access. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
